What if I can't attend?
Cancel no later than two days before the event and nothing is charged. If you do not cancel and do not attend, a no-show fee of 1 200 kr is invoiced.
Why do you need my invoicing details?
They're used only as security against no-shows. If you attend as registered, nothing is charged.
Can I apply to speak?
Yes. Applications for speakers and workshop leaders open ahead of the programme release — get in touch via the contact page.
What do you do with my details?
They are used to administer your registration and nothing else: the entry list, the headcount for the kitchen, practical information about the conference, and — only if it applies — the no-show invoice. They are not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for marketing. Identity numbers are deleted once the invoicing is closed, the rest when the project ends. Write to hello@musictechsummit.se to see, correct or delete your details.
